Our course delivers a unique peer to peer life skills training programme to tackle the root causes of
problems faced by vulnerable care leavers thus empowering them to go confidently into independent and
healthier adult lives. 

Our aim is to reduce the risk of exclusion, homelessness, improve resilience, mental health, signpost
services, employability and business brokerage. With statistics on the negative outcomes well known, we focus instead on the positives. Brokering strong multi-agency partnerships within our catchment areas of London and Manchester.  Working with large charities, grass roots movements, private companies, local authorities and CCG's and making sure our wrap around and holistic support ensures a Hand Up not a Hand Out.
